What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership Reviews

Mark's passion and vision are inspiring. I know people complain, but that intensity is all of the company's success in one human.

They're real people, not intimidating executives that are unapproachable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

Not pushing work for the sake of work. Work - life balance. Not expecting emails and updates to be sent out over holidays and weekends

Industry knowledge and respect others

Empowering teams and creating a trusting culture

This was possibly the worst job I ever had. People are waiting for you to make a mistake and call you out on it verses help you fix it for next time.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation Reviews

The full discounted company products

Discounts of the company products

Benefits are about average to above average. Employee share purchase plan is excellent because the stock has been soaring.

Salary is like hazard pay - they pay you more in the hopes that it will keep you from learning the truth about how difficult it is to work here.

401k match and generous leaves

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

They are great people who try hard

Really smart, driven, hard-working people.

People are always willing to step in and help where needed, despite an already heavy workload.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Fewer meetings, more trust, more empowerment

They need to be friendlier and not out to get you first so they can succueed

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

This industry is exciting. Launching products that delight consumers and innovating constantly.

Seeing that we are constantly making strides to better ourselves in so many different ways.

Very fast paced, collaborative and innovative.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

The president makes every decision even though there are very talented people in the company

They need to be more receptive to peoples concerns and not dismiss them

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviews Reviews

They like to look for people that think outside of the box and can bring something unique or new to the table.

When I was hired there was a completely different set of people than by the time I left.

It was a while ago, but they moved fast from first contact to start date.

Lots of sessions with multiple future peers

It was pretty thorough and the staff seemed to be nice and welcoming, once hired things changed fast.

What makes you most happy at work?

Outlook Reviews

Opportunities to get into lots of different projects - not confined / limited by role. (However, can build resentment as there is no promotion trajectory. Advancing in type of work and workload but no commiserate change in title or salary...so it's both exciting and a bit exploitative)

The ability to be involved in so many different parts of the company (functional, geographical, and at all levels).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

I had daily panic attacks driving to work and was getting physically sick.
