How does BMD measure success and growth in the Sales department?
BMD is very deliberate regarding the plan for sales growth and measurement of that growth. Reaching budgets - both on sales and more importantly on GM budgets is key to our success. Daily sales are shared throughout the company to keep everyone informed of our progress for the period/year. As an ESOP company, each employee has a stake in the success of BMD.
How flexible is your work schedule at BMD?
It will depend on your position, but as a rule BMD is very accommodating to their employees, especially when it comes to family.
