What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Being an ESOP company, it is a very different and positive culture.

The leadership in our division is very open and inclusive. Also, because of being Employee owned, the culture is much different (in a positive and beneficial way) that other companies.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
