Be more supportive of employees and create a more positive-minded, positive corporate culture for employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am a contractor and Agencies are making money by subcontracting me
They need to pay market salaries, more stock incentives, and give more market-based bonuses and raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Doing scrum, making demos for clients, coffee break
They are generally cooperate and respectful but not very warm.

the company truly strives to serve and solve problems for customers.
Everyone has a voice and is allowed to share their thoughts and ideas. Collaboration between groups has increase exponentially.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Devleop a more positive, employee-friendly corporate culture that is less militaristic and more team, collective oriented, less shark-like.

Cypress test runs and talk to team members
The type of work is interesting. I also most look forward to going home.
