Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although a new employee, I come with a lot of experience that I don't believe is compensated fairly with others of similar experience -- because their experience was gained here, and not elsewhere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our department is very small so we tend to work independently.

My colleagues are absolutely the best.
They're family. There for me in times of crisis both at work and away.

The actual interview. I felt welcomed and like they were excited to meet with me and learn about me and what I would bring to the position.

The leadership turnover and negatively is too much
