We work as a "Team" and are able to get a lot of work done, successfully. We are able to overcome whatever obstacle is thrown at us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I understand OhioHealth strives to employ highly educated individuals, sometimes they need to look at the associates who are actually doing the work and compensate them for the work they do even if they don't have a degree.
