I was super excited to work here, and once i started i have lost the excitement. I no longer look foreard to coming to work. I've had bad experiences one after the other. There's also a difference on how they treat employees. They are aware they do not treat emplyees equally.

My leader for my department is great, very knowledgeable. Always giving me tips and is there to guide me through anything. But upper management barely says hi to you.

I feel like i always go out of my way to help this company, and instead im treated as if i dont deserve to have an opinion, because im hust an hourly enplyee. I do way more work than what im actually paid for.

We are told what to do as directors and managers instead of allowing us to direct and manage. We don't have the tools we need or the support from management. If its not an idea the EC comes up with, it doesnt work. Trust your employees and srop living in the 70s.

Most of my team works together, but there is a bit of a divide unfortunately. We do the best we can with what we are given.

We are all trying our best despite the conditions we are asked to work in.

In order for this company to change, there has to be a difference in leaderships, as well as HR. I do not feel comfortable going to HR with anything, because they are very clicky group, that only hangs out with leadership.

Hire people to actually do the jobs you hire them for and srop micromanaging.

Our process takes over a month, between background checks, interviews, paperwork. It would help if they had afaster process.

Hiring shouldnt take an entire month. Speed up and stop allowing everyone to have input in the hiring process. Its archaic

Be able to work with people coming in to the city.

The culture is one that employees do not trust or feel appreciated. New leadership needs to take over.
