The hard-working and friendly staff, the work from home aspect, PTO, and benefits.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Prioritizing patient care over profits. Honesty and transparency from management. Providing ample training to employees before systematic changes. Listening to concerns of employees instead of incessantly gaslighting and dismissing them. Learning empathy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

I worked with an amazing team who busted their butts every day for this company despite being undervalued and underpaid. They care about the work they do, and poor management is not representative of the team at all.
