My team is the only reason I've stayed
Team members are willing to help one another out with tasks. There's a strong bond between one another, kind of like family.
I worked with an amazing team who busted their butts every day for this company despite being undervalued and underpaid. They care about the work they do, and poor management is not representative of the team at all.
