The older you get the greater the odds of replacement. They tolerate racist slander in rap music betting played rather loudly but you may not repeat the lyrics. Supervision walks around with hands in their pockets and a disciplinary pen and paper that's delivered so late nothing is revealed or recalled. Pay is OK but raises do not cover Cost of living. Benefits slowly get removed annually as they are a cheap and spineless.

if you work up in the office you get every weekend off if you work on the floor the expectation is that you work every weekend
