Their willingness to support personal and company growth, their culture, inclusivity, and caring mentality.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have an array of benefits to choose from, ease of mind with vacation and sick time as the company is very understanding and liberal, and the pay is great.
The paid time off policy is very flexible
Good salary for a biotech company. I could make more, like, slinging ads at Google, but the work here is much more fulfilling.

We are focused on delivering on our mission.
Creative and knowledgable about an incredibly wide range of topics. I'm learning something new every day from them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to work with some of the most talented people in robotics, computer science, histology and product development - all in one company.
I feel comfortable being myself here. No pressure to be a corporate drone.
