She has experience training, hiring and growing teams from the ground up, as well as cultivating, retaining and improving talent in existing organizations.
Kathryn has an M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Financial Services, as well as extensive experience with positive, productive psychology. Her wellness background also provides her with a unique lens on employee engagement, and her presence among and restructurings, clients have noted, is truly felt.
Kathryn continues to teach yoga and meditation, ran her first Chicago marathon in 2018, and sits on the Board of Prison Yoga Chicago. She is an active participant in the startup community and advises small businesses, artists, and creative teams on successful talent initiatives. Kathryn is passionate about making good organizations great places to work.
