Unlimited PTO is definitely a perk. Not just because you can take time off/sick days without the stress of "accrued time" but because it shows that management trusts and appreciates the work we do.

I am being paid fairly and I can be open and honest with my superior about it.

As the company owner, I admit that there was 1x payroll was run late. I informed the employee & volunteered to drive a paper check to her home, which she declined. We also offer 3 weeks PTO, bonuses, and wellness reimbursements.

It's a cohesive team that seems to really keep the big picture in mind while collaborating and playing to each other's strengths.

The 4 Point culture is one of growth and development. I feel part of the strategic success of the organization, my voice is heard, I can see the product of my work, and feel comfortable voicing my interests and goals.

We have weekly team in-person meetings that end with a team physical activity (e.g. yoga, pilates, boxing, etc.). It's a great way to decompress and end the workday, and bond with fellow coworkers1

It was a transparent process and moved at a good pace. I wasn't left wondering for weeks on end where they were at with their decision-making, etc.
