Everything!! I have never been a part of a group of people that strives to make everyday the best day. We are always helping, encouraging, and communication with another in a positive and constructive manner,
The 4 Point culture is one of growth and development. I feel part of the strategic success of the organization, my voice is heard, I can see the product of my work, and feel comfortable voicing my interests and goals.
We have weekly team in-person meetings that end with a team physical activity (e.g. yoga, pilates, boxing, etc.). It's a great way to decompress and end the workday, and bond with fellow coworkers1
