Flexible Time Off (a version of unlimited PTO)
Very competitive compensation with other bonus things like wellness reimbursement!
Unlimited PTO is definitely a perk. Not just because you can take time off/sick days without the stress of "accrued time" but because it shows that management trusts and appreciates the work we do.
I am being paid fairly and I can be open and honest with my superior about it.
Nothing....sometimes pay is late because she doesn't always do payroll on time

As the company owner, I admit that there was 1x payroll was run late. I informed the employee & volunteered to drive a paper check to her home, which she declined. We also offer 3 weeks PTO, bonuses, and wellness reimbursements.
