Christy Hopkins founded 4 Point in 2016 after seeing a gap in the marketplace for small businesses and startups in the human resources and talent acquisition spaces. Specializing in small businesses and startups in addition to venture capital and private equity firms for investments in mid-size companies, we provide HR and talent acquisition services with unparalleled quality.

After graduating from Northwestern University in 2004, Christy went into banking and investments. Though she enjoyed the business aspect of banking, she found her heart just wasn't in it. From 2008 until 2013, Christy created her own corporate wellness business and soon realized she wanted to merge her love of business with her love of helping people. She went on to complete her Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology with a specialization in HR from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology as well as received her PHR license in 2013 and SHRM-SCP license in early 2017 .

Christy now uses her HR knowledge, education, and recruiting experience to help business owners and their employees succeed. This combined with her finance knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur creates a winning combination that understands her clients needs and their budgets.
