Really positive overall. I like the work I do and I believe in what I do. It's a bit ambiguous which I like and I'm afforded lots of freedoms in how I manage my schedule.

They listen and contribute in good measure

I feel valued in my contributions, I'm listened too and I'm trusted to do my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that we are trusted so that drives a lot of the environment. I like the social aspect where I'm based which helps with the culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they do their very best to communicate clearly and be as transparent as possible. It's not easy to do so I commend them for at least trying.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not a competency based interview. It was fluid and situationally based. I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person and in tandem how I could add value to the company.
