The leadership team used to be very transparent and make promises that they could keep. In recent months they have gone back on most of these promises and are very guarded about what they share. This needs to change to take us back to the company we used to be.

Good people, genuinely care about each other, professional, fun and interesting people, interesting and engaging work, mission is second to none.

I think that we are trusted so that drives a lot of the environment. I like the social aspect where I'm based which helps with the culture

It’s difficult for me to say whether it is still the case because I interviewed so long ago that I liked that I was interviewed by people that I would work with on a regular bas

I was able to easily ask questions and they answered what I wanted to know

It was not a competency based interview. It was fluid and situationally based. I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person and in tandem how I could add value to the company.
