I was able to easily ask questions and they answered what I wanted to know
It was not a competency based interview. It was fluid and situationally based. I felt like they were trying to get to know me as a person and in tandem how I could add value to the company.
Review from Operations Dept
Robust and transparent process which provided a "true" picture of the company.
One on one interviews are good and more focused
There was high transparency on the role. It didn't feel like a standard interview but individually targeted to my application. I enjoyed talking to many different people with different role in the company to get a sense for the culture and work atmosphere.
Review from Operations Dept
Open and honest conversations. Acknowledgement that employment is both parties determining the fit.
I found the interviews to be extremely informative and they gave me a clear understanding of the skills and abilities required for success in this role. Additionally, the interviews provided valuable insights into the culture at 4G Clinical, which was a crucial factor in my decision-making process.
