It was easy. I got in there fast, but it was because somebody was leaving.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

They need to start having team huddles every week or at least twice a week because that’s when everybody knows what everybody’s doing if anybody has any questions they can ask. I think team huddles a very, very import
