Compensation based on general rate of position, not taking into account experience, tenure, or work ethic/competence.

People are respectful and down to earth at this company. They also prioritize the customer in everything you do, so you can feel good about the work you do. Meetings aren't just theater, and actually take place to get tangible work done.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy. I got in there fast, but it was because somebody was leaving.

It was done on a zoom meeting

Loved the division president but he didn’t last long after I join

The interview felt comfortable and genuine, while also not being overly laid back. I was able to hold a genuine conversation with management while I knew they were truly interested in making sure I knew what my resume claimed to know, but that I would also be a good fit for the culture.
