What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy. I got in there fast, but it was because somebody was leaving.

Loved the division president but he didn’t last long after I join
The interview felt comfortable and genuine, while also not being overly laid back. I was able to hold a genuine conversation with management while I knew they were truly interested in making sure I knew what my resume claimed to know, but that I would also be a good fit for the culture.
The way the supervisor's get to know you based on experience and also individual representation.
Aslong as you know what your talking about the interviewers are easy going.
If Toll wants someone they pull out all the stops to get them, except on salary.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire knowledgeable corporate professionals (not sales managers) to hire and place new hires and oversee employee performance.
