First off the training is crap. I've been there for a month already and I feel i should be comfortable ringing up people but I've been trained by 3 different people, 3 different ways and it's ridiculous. The manager helped me once with a customer and that was the easiest way to ring someone in.
Come to work and act professional
Inworked fir Anericas best and am a well respected Ootician in the field. Was turing a oroboem store around of three years in as little as 7 months, got one complaint and two months later hear about it and fire me on the second complaint. They get complaints all the time. No coaching. just fired
1) make a better product. 2) If a customer says they want their glasses redone because the room looks severely bowed, don't make them wait 1hr+ so the staff can try to "make them work!" 1 pair came with a lens out; was refused when I asked for them to be remade. Headaches and nausea almost daily!
