What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping employees learn the quickest and easiest ways to get a customer in and out if the store. If it wasn't for one certain person helping me I'd done walked out. It acts like it kills them to help you do something when that's their job.

I feel like the pay should be more with the nonsense that we put up with from the so called leaders. Im glad I have a job but I don't enjoy getting up and going everyday cause of the atmosphere and some of the people there.

Instead of some acting like they know everything and acting like they're the only ones that do anything. Everyone needs to work together and make it a great place to quell. You're suppose to help each other out instead of making it harder on each other.

Some of the workers are amazing others just keep getting promoted eventhough they are not qualified to be supervisors or managers.

Customers compassion about having it take forever to get in and out. That is expensive and most employees make it harder on others
