What do you like best about the leadership team?
The immediate team is amazing and will have your back. They support you and try to find the best solution. They see a good worker and do whatever they can to retain them. Corporate side is a different story. But the district managers and general managers are great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping employees learn the quickest and easiest ways to get a customer in and out if the store. If it wasn't for one certain person helping me I'd done walked out. It acts like it kills them to help you do something when that's their job.

Being managers, not the employees friends. It's a double standard every single day. One day one thing will be allowed for certain employees but not for others. They also do nothing to take care of employees who are stealing money out of drawer, on their phones breaking a HIPAA act.

Knowing how to treat other employees. The higher they are the less they care. To them it is all about money.
