The immediate team is amazing and will have your back. They support you and try to find the best solution. They see a good worker and do whatever they can to retain them. Corporate side is a different story. But the district managers and general managers are great.

They managers were nice and send enthusiastic about the company but that ask changed once you get in there
The flow and ease of it but it's all a lie and the Mgr had no idea either

Organizing and cleaning. Also helping the patients. When someone is desperate or in dire need but can’t get what they need, it’s always nice to go the extra mile and help them out. Seeing the joy in their face and the relief makes it worth every bad mo
