What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I'm confused. There isn't enough freedom.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if I get paid more per hour.
I'm not sure there's a good way to improve the compensation, as it's normal for contractors to make less. Still a little disappointing.

Because I got paid not enough and there is no way to increase my pay at this company, and I have no other choice.
