What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available and open to hearing your ideas. They try to be transparent and open with agency changes, too.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO (that they wanted you to use!) and profit sharing at end of every profitable quarter.
I think the profit-sharing component is great, since it helps everyone to have a stake in agency success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
People doing some of the best work of their careers and having fun while doing it.
My team is really hard working, hilarious, and fun to be around. They are also smart and hungry to take on more and make change.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency. I've worked for a few agencies in the past...even a few who have claimed to be transparent. 90 truly is. I know at any given moment where we stand financially and where new opportunities lay ahead.
People are funny, friendly, and motivated. The culture is really inclusive and you can be as involved as you want.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
You get to meet with a lot of different people in different departments. While it was a bit nerve-racking, I really appreciated getting to ask questions to different team members. It helped me to understand the job on a deeper level.
The recruiter was friendly and transparent. She communicated with me each step of the way so I always felt prepared.

What makes you most happy at work?
The people and the work. We do really great work for our clients and we have fun doing it. There are some of the brightest minds and talents working at 90.
