actually do the job they are hired for instead of being allowed to play on their cell phone or hanging around in the back

nobody does their job and alot of thing i end up having to do,and take away phone use while on the clock and in the store
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
they need better employees ones that actually does the job they was hired for and they could have a cleaner better looking store that doesnt sale old out of date foods and to get rid of the rats and roaches
