What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get along really well and communicate.
Can't say I don't know them.
Our Store Director is nice, as is the second in command. I feel that they do the best they can with what they are given, but upper management only cares about money and most are over paid for what they do.

scheduling consistent hours for employees
they need better employees ones that actually does the job they was hired for and they could have a cleaner better looking store that doesnt sale old out of date foods and to get rid of the rats and roaches
