The company does have a good core motivation.
Our executive team is available, collaborative and open to feedback. They truly want the company, and you as an individual, to succeed.
Strong in all areas of this complex business - technology, medical, compliance and commercial.

salary is commensurate or above industry standard for my role type
Everyone is an owner in the company.
They gave me a choice of two packages. One with more salary and less equity and another with more equity and less salary.
