more realistic job expectation settings about the job
Listening to their employees. When you are constantly overloading your team with work, asking for extra hour coverage, and complaining over a single sick day being used, you are setting your employees up for burn-out and essentially showing them the door. Again, listen to what your staff is saying.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
shifted to a supervisor who's nice and supportive but nowhere near as competent as the last one and can't seem to be able to do much in terms of lobbying with top management for more resources (the previous one could)
better to come in with experience. growing internally will yield lower than market salary.
Merit based comp increase would be nice
Give me equity. How can you be one of the largest private companies in the world and not give equity to the people who make you successful? It's like you are stealing from us.
For living in NYC, the salary is just not enough

They don't do anything and make me do all the work. and when the boss finds out that we hadn't met the deadline he whips me.

More flexibility. Company is stuck and afraid to move forward into the new working world.
