Every leader is available to help. I've never had anyone that did not look to help or pull in additional resources to help our clients.

Managing. They don't believe in making decisions or empowering anyone to make decisions.
Executing instead of talking and never doing. They also need to stop making empty promises just to avoid answering a question. Also hire a new CTO, CMO, and CRO

Replace the management team. There is no confidence in their ability to execute a strategy much less develop a strategy that lasts for more than a week
