They are transparent about what they are doing and why.
I really enjoy that from the top down the leadership team has been extremely welcoming and immensely supportive!

Get back to the original focus upon which this business was founded: it's people. More and more this company is seeing people as expendable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New Signature claims that they offer equal compensation and opportunities to all employees. As a young woman, I often feel discriminated against when it comes to discussing compensation expectations. Management becomes uncomfortable dare I say hostile whenever you bring up the topic of compensation.
Payscale is not a good tool for determining compensation. Younger workers are underpaid regardless of their actual job duties.
A couple of years back the medical benefits seemed better, less of an issue than the current insurer. There was talk about profit sharing or stock options for certain levels, that conversation seems to have died.

The team is truly that - very team oriented and constantly supporting each other. The technical teams constantly jump to support sales efforts and teams cross over to help in any way possible.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some coworkers are fantastic to work with, however some folks are very difficult to work with. There is a major problem with inappropriate gossiping in the workplace, and a lack of accountability. Unfortunately folks that are trying to be a positive influence are often overpowered by the bad apples.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and the company are the corporate values (Human, Authentic, Innovative, Generous). If New Signature actually lived by these values, it may be a great place to work. Sadly - very few people actually adhere to these values.

New Signature's culture is unparalleled by any company in the industry. atmosphere is very inclusive and genuine. I truly feel valued and appreciated here at NS.

It is largely remote/wfh with some travel to customer location required. Not having a daily commute is extremely compelling

There is no failing, just learning. It is an extremely positive mindset where people are constantly lifting each other up and shining lights on all the good things.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop seeing employees as a business expense and invest in them a little more. We get free exam vouchers but no real training, just a onenote

The process moved very fast!
My recruiter was MY advocate. She worked hard for me as my coach in my corner! You really don't find that these days. I am so lucky I landed with Aime and she was my first into to New Signature.

The interview process was a little long, but I was constantly kept in the loop and knew where I stood at all times. At no point in time was I unaware of what was happening or expected of me.

Most people join a company for the job and end up staying for the people. The people at New Signature are incredible. It's an everchanging field and the people are truly dedicated to constant success, but not at the cost of anyone. Everyone looks out for each other and enables where ever possible.
