Close-knit. Great Director of Chapter Sales. Good team dynamic.

Leadership for the Sales team is great! Super understanding, attentive, really try their best to accommodate our needs and pass along our feedback to Operations.

What's the vibe like in the Operations dept at OmegaFi? How many hours are you working?
40 hours per week
The vibe is pretty chill and relaxed, definitely goals-oriented but not with the traditional corporate stress. You work 40hrs/week, overtime is very uncommon.
How does OmegaFi make decisions around promotions?
I'm not sure about the promotions unless you apply for an internal position
Two things have to align for a promotion: 1) is there a business need? and 2) is there someone internally with the skills needed at this next level? If those two things happen, OmegaFi promotes from within. We have a good reputation for promoting from within the company - even cross departmentally.
What's the best part of your job at OmegaFi?
I enjoy working on the finance team and I love working with everyone at OmegaFi
I am constantly challenged and pushed passed my comfort zone. I am encouraged to find projects that will stretch my skills and I have a great relationship with my supervisor. I feel like I can take chances on tough assignments, because i have a great support system.
How do you feel about going to work at OmegaFi everyday?
I enjoy getting up and coming to work everyday.
I love going to work! Not working is not an option for me, so if I have to go to work, I am so thankful it is at OmegaFi. The people are friendly and genuine. I just enjoy being around them.
How's the feedback proccess at OmegaFi?
The feedback is great. I am always provide with what I am doing great and also on how I can improve.
Pretty good. We have annual reviews and a mid-year check-in. A lot of people meet with their supervisors on a monthly basis to get and give feedback. There is room for improvement, but it's better than where I have worked before.
What kind of people succeed at OmegaFi?
People who are truly here to make the company better and serve the customers/clients.
People who work hard in their own role and make time to help others will succeed. If you can do your job - that's cool. If you can do your job, improve processes, teach other people some things that you have learned AND demonstrate your trustworthiness - you will be unstoppable.
What unique perks and benefits does OmegaFi provide?
OmegaFi has work functions and offers several different types of health benefits as well as quarterly bonus goals.
OmegaFi provides ways to give back to our local community through a few annual fundraisers we host and/or participate in. We have a casual dress code, lots of 'snack days', drink coolers and some pretty fun 'after work mixers'
How's the morale at OmegaFi?
The morale at OmegaFi is great.
The morale is super positive. Every person who works anywhere experiences pressures, tight-deadlines and the stress that accompanies accountability - but at OmegaFi, these feelings are balanced with knowing you can speak up if you need help and knowing that your leaders trust and value you.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining OmegaFi?

I wished I knew more about greek life before joining OmegaFi. However, I have gained so much knowledge from co-workers, managers and from our clients.
