The vibe is always upbeat and caring of each other as well as the company. I work 40 hours a week.

The vibe is positive and the pace is fast. If you are an experienced HR professional, you understand the seasonality of working hours. End of year or nearing open enrollment = more hours. Staffing changes = more hours. Luckily we have a great team that works together to help each other maintain a healthy life/work balance.
What's the office layout like at OmegaFi?
Mainly open work spaces (cubes and such) with offices for supervisors. One cool thing is that leadership has worked hard to create plenty of private meeting space for anyone to 'check out' if they need an office for a few hours or a few days.
