We are all basically one big family and help each other get through the monotony of our jobs.
Recognizing the hard work manufacturing does. And rewarding it with GOOD raises. Not a measly 50 cents. Raise wages to compensate the price of living. Give hazard pay to departments that work in hazardous conditions. Why should we potentially get cancer and not get compensated?
Make compensation for some departments more equal to others. A department that works with products that can cause cancer over long periods of exposure needs to be fairly compensated for those hazards. just got one example, powder coat and the paint that's always in the air
