Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Care and concern, transparency, core values. It is the best leadership team I have ever worked with/for in my career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing the hard work manufacturing does. And rewarding it with GOOD raises. Not a measly 50 cents. Raise wages to compensate the price of living. Give hazard pay to departments that work in hazardous conditions. Why should we potentially get cancer and not get compensated?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Excellent health care plan and retirement
Affordable compared to what is out there in the market.
The compensation we recieve is reflective of the quality company we represent.
The psy is better than 99% of other dental companies.
Very generous retirement benefits! We also have annual merit increases and competitive salaries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make compensation for some departments more equal to others. A department that works with products that can cause cancer over long periods of exposure needs to be fairly compensated for those hazards. just got one example, powder coat and the paint that's always in the air
What are some of the best things about your team?
We listen to each other and continue to make things better
We genuinely care about each other, while pushing each other to do our best work.
We all work together to achieve a common goal
They are professional, knowledgeable, hard working, and fun.
We are all basically one big family and help each other get through the monotony of our jobs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Do the jobs they were hired to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We support each other and everyone is positive
People care about one another and all work towards a common mission and vision. When it's crunch time, there's not finger pointing--it's an all hands are on deck culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The interviewer made me feel comfortable and free to share ideas
That there were multiple people interviewing and not just one
I liked meeting a lot of different people and seeing their passion for the company-- the only downside is that the process can be long.

Watching my team do well.
Being in front of our customers to help them be successful and stay healthy
The people we interact with, the pride our teams put into the product and the overall commitment to wellness. We have onsite fitness classes three times a day, which is a great benefit.
