He spearheaded innovative efforts to deliver new and improved digital experiences for homeowners and drive overall customer growth and retention.

Earlier in his career, Scott managed cross-functional teams overseeing digital experiences, product management, and marketing services at Discover Financial Services.

Scott earned his MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
