As a former CEO and CSMO in senior living, Margaret is uniquely positioned to drive performance through mutually beneficial partnerships in the marketplace.

Margaret’s experience with the nation’s largest senior living operator, Brookdale, and with a family-owned high-growth company, Harmony Senior Services, has afforded her extensive expertise in the industry. Margaret has always been a partner with A Place for Mom and knows its value for both occupancy growth and margin improvement. Most recently, as CEO of Harmony Senior Services, she successfully drove a 42% NOI growth with the strongest conversion in her cohort for referred leads from A Place for Mom.

Margaret earned a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary and a master’s degree from George Washington University.
