As a passionate and experienced technology and data leader, Suzy has over 20 years of expertise in building scalable, high-performance engineering organizations and driving innovation and excellence in the tech industry.

Most recently, Suzy was Senior Vice President of Product and Engineering at Realtor.com, where she was instrumental in shaping the developer experience, including the API platform, data, content, machine learning, AI, and personalization services, including search, discovery, and recommendations. Her leadership in these areas accelerated the delivery of initiatives and enhanced the overall user experience.

Before Realtor.com, Suzy spent over six years leading engineering efforts at Pandora/SiriusXM, where she played a pivotal role in advancing various aspects of the technology stack. Notably, she led the migration of the company’s analytics ecosystem to the Google Cloud Platform and implemented a streaming pipeline providing real-time, self-service access to digital data. Additionally, she contributed to developing a Contextual Platform to accelerate innovation in contextual experiences.

Suzy earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science and math from Northern Kentucky University.
