I don't feel undervalued per say I think as a company we pay very low compared to the market. They are getting better but I also came in low and had to work my way up multiple times to multiple orgs to get increases.
REcognition and fair pay equal to or better than market value

Warn the prospective employee not to accept the job they will be better off

Leadership only cares about the bottom line and stockholders. Only way to improve the situattion is to leave
