Mr. Cochran's extensive background includes 7 years as a corporate lawyer at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati, P.C. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of Mosel-Vitelic, Inc. for 2 years and 4 years as international Deal Manager advising acquiring corporations and assisting in the completion of hundreds of private equity financing. From January 1993 to January 2012, Mr. Cochran was an attorney in private practice in Woodside, California. He served as Secretary of Techwell, Inc. Mr. Cochran has been a Director of A10 Networks, Inc. since April 2012. He has been Director at Techpoint, Inc. since January 2016. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Signia Technologies Inc. He served as a Director of Techwell Inc. from 2004 to 2010. Mr. Cochran holds an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
