Tom Constantino — CFO & Executive VP at A10 Networks

Mr. Tom Constantino has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at A10 Networks, Inc. since June 12, 2017. Mr. Constantino served as the Chief Financial Officer of HGST, Inc. from March 2012 to November 2015. He served as the Vice President of Finance and Head of Accounting & Finance Operations at Western Digital Corporation. from January 2017 to May 2017, Mr. Constantino served as an independent consultant providing Chief Financial Officer and Senior Finance Executive consulting services. Mr. Constantino is oversaw HGST and was responsible for helping to optimize its financial performance. Mr. Constantino and his team, throughout the US, Asia and EMEA, was responsible for the integrity of HGST's financial information and support for the business. Prior to his role with HGST, he helped prepare Hitachi's hard drive business for a contemplated IPO and supported a simultaneous due diligence process for acquisition, ultimately leading to the sale of the business to Western Digital (WD). Prior to the close of the transaction with WD, he was the Integration Lead for the Finance function. As Vice President of Finance at Hitachi GST, he led Corporate Finance with responsibilities including Corporate FP&A, Global Revenue and Margin optimization, WW OPEX management. Prior to joining Hitachi GST in 2010, he served with Hewlett Packard Company (HP). He joined HP 1994 and held a variety of senior positions in Finance and Operations. In his most recent role at HP, he served as Controller to its Global Functions. He also served as Chief Financial Officer to HP's award-winning Consumer Direct business, HP Shopping (now Home and Home Office), and he worked on its integration following the acquisitions of EDS and Compaq. Prior to joining HP, he served as a Manager in the Audit Practice of Price Waterhouse in San Jose, where he became a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He holds a BS in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
