Mr. Eric J. Young serves as Senior Vice President of OEM Aftermarket Solutions. Mr. Young served as an Associate at Paine & Partners, LLC. He focused on new investment opportunities. He joined the Paine & Partners, LLC in 2010 from the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co., which he joined in 2007. In 2003, he joined Del Monte Foods in their strategic planning and business development group. He began his career as a Management Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting. Mr. Young has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
