Good small unit that works well together. We need to expand our team size by 2 to 3 people ASAP.
Always caring about their people and mission
My leadership team is honest as much as they can be and I greatly appreciate that. Also they are willing to properly train their people as it looks like other departments don't get that training.
My leadership team cares about me.
very knowledgeable and professional at what they do
Making sure leadership skills are at the forefront. There's a difference between a manager and a leader. Develop leaders not managers.
Don't bring people in at higher salaries that don't know there job, and promote people that have been with the company and do amazing at there job. if lacking in man power at least bring people with experience at high salaries.
I don't want to say here. First, it would not matter. Second, it'll just get me angry and frustrated
Moving away form the mom and pop shop mentality and buying into the corporate vision.
Transparency and communication. Employee benefits are minimal and pay is sub par
Medical insurance is very good
Recognize performance if your hard worker you will be compensated.
insurance and vacation time off
Total compensation pavkage is fair and competitive.
I guess the PTO. But I don't feel the need to give much more credit than that.
My current compensation doesn't fully reflect the scope of my responsibilities. A compensation adjustment that aligns with my contributions and industry standards would go a long way in making me feel recognized and motivated.
The program was controlled by SCA standards or what it was contracted.
Getting paid up to par for this type of work.
Good work is not rewarded and staff is continually allowed to make poor decisions wile going against industry standards and policies without consequences. Pay is well below the industry standard. In experienced people are put in leadership positions with little training or guidance.
The position in my job is comprised respectfully wise and is looked down upon just because of our position

Great Team to be part of.
Extremely intelligent, great problem solvers, great auditors that understood the standards extremely well. Professional, well spoken, natural leaders trainers/mentors, ect.
People support each other and try to be their best.
best team in aviation! great place to work.
Working together to satisfy the customer
Work on themselves and treat people like people
Better training. Better attitude in learning new skills and retaining that knowledge. I am surrounded by people who never even went to college or have an associate's degree. There is a dearth of poorly skilled people here who don't even know how to work MS Excel or know how to write a sentence.
Care about what your doing, do everything they can to meet company and customer deadlines
Im part of a great team that is withing AAR
Culture awareness activities and groups to join. Able to join event outside of AAR. Office work is manly paperless and really no need to print things anymore. Almost everything is saved electronically.
everyone steps up during key times
The willingness of colleagues to soldier on in all circumstances.
Weekends are more relaxed on the job
Review from Operations Dept
Pay there good people that work hard more as well as bring more man power in but don’t pay them more then supervisors. mangers not in workers face telling them they will send them home even though there a good worker. Mangers not lying and caring for job and peopl
Less managers and have them handle things without getting angryvand screaming
Review from Operations Dept
It was an open forum for good Q&A. The best part was that they both were honest about hard questions I asked and respected that I expect transparency in my relationships with managers and colleagues.
Transparency is what I liked most.
The thing that I liked most about the interview process was that I felt that I was encouraged to share my ideas on how I could be an asset to the company.
Review from Operations Dept
I got to meet a variety of people and learn about their perspectives on the position I was interviewing for. They knew exactly what they were looking for and were able to describe the objectives of the position clearly.
mutual respect for the industry

Not much lately. Used to be able to work remotely, and that increased most, if not all, of the employees satisfaction about their work. That was the last perk for working here.
Problem solving amd being around the people
The thing that makes me the most happy is knowing that we were able to meet our customers needs.

when there is enough work
Relationships, working with others and how they respond to my style and what I try to bring to the team.
It seems there are always mistakes needing to be fixed due to poor workmanship and the burden is placed on those who care about doing things correctly.
Poorly trained employees and bad management
Review from Operations Dept
It would be better if our manager coordinated a bit better
Review from Operations Dept
For most departments, there is room to grow. This is not true for ALL!
Back to hybrid work schedule and address the growing concern with not having enough staff to run these growing programs.
