It was an open forum for good Q&A. The best part was that they both were honest about hard questions I asked and respected that I expect transparency in my relationships with managers and colleagues.
Transparency is what I liked most.
The thing that I liked most about the interview process was that I felt that I was encouraged to share my ideas on how I could be an asset to the company.
Review from Operations Dept
I got to meet a variety of people and learn about their perspectives on the position I was interviewing for. They knew exactly what they were looking for and were able to describe the objectives of the position clearly.
mutual respect for the industry
It was through an internship. They gave me good grades and in return they made a practically hassle free job offer to me with really no interview. The most I had to do was ask via email or phone call for the job and they said yes. This was in winter of 1994.
The many individuals who had a say in my hiring.
The process was straight forward and basically on the spot hire.
It didnt take that long
