Michael D. Milligan — CFO & VP at AAR Corp

Mr. Michael D. Milligan, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer of AAR Corp. since September 1, 2017 and serves as its Vice President. Mr. Milligan serves as Chief Financial officer and Senior Vice President of NES Equipment Services Corp. Mr. Milligan served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NES Rentals Holdings Inc. since January 2002 until 2017 and served as its Secretary. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of NES Rentals Holdings Inc. Mr. Milligan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Telenisus Corporation from December 1999 to January 2002. He joined NES in January 2002. From 1986 to 1999, he was with Price WaterhouseCoopers, LLP as a Staff Accountant, Senior, Manager, Senior Manager and promoted Partner in 1996. His responsibilities included due diligence investigations, transaction structuring, financial analyses, SEC reporting and related audit support in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and debt/equity financing transactions. From January 1986 to December 1999, Mr. Milligan was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving as a Transaction Services Partner and National Practice Leader of its Industry Consolidations Practice. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida.
