Mr. Terry D. Stinson serves as an Executive Vice President at AAR Corp. and served as its Vice President of Technology Products Group. Mr. Stinson served as Group Vice President of Structures & Systems at AAR SUMMA Technology, Inc. He served as Group Vice President of Structures & Systems Segment at AAR Manufacturing Inc. and AAR Corp. from August 2, 2007 to January 2013. He served as Executive Officer of Textron Financial Corp. He served as the President of North America - Commercial at Thomas Group Inc. from February 2006 to July 13, 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of his own consulting practice, Stinson Consulting, LLC since 2001. Mr. Stinson founded Xelus Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2005 and its President. From 1997 to 2002, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., and also served as its President from 1996 to 1998. From 1991 to 1996, he served as the Group Vice President and Segment President of Textron Aerospace Systems and Components for Textron Inc. He served as President of Hamilton Standard Division of United Technologies Corp. since 1986 and also responsible for Microtechnica in Italy, Nord-Micro in Germany and United Technologies Optical Systems (UTOS). His earlier roles at United Technologies Corporation (UTC) include President of the Elliott Company and ISS and Director of Operations Analysis. His extensive experience includes positions with Fairchild Semiconductor International, Harris Semiconductor and Texas Instruments. Mr. Stinson served as Chairman of Xelus Inc., since 2002. He served as a Director of Lennox International, Inc. from 1998 to March 17, 2017. He has been a Director of CPI Aerostructures Inc. since June 2014. He serves as a Director of Aerospace Industries Association. He serves as a Director at Fidelity Flight Simulation Inc. He serves on the Executive Board of Advisors for his alma mater. He served on the board of Directors of Enigma Inc. He served as an Independent Director of Triumph Group Inc., from 2004 to July 24, 2008. He serves as a Trustee of the United States Air and Trade Show and the National Security Industry Association and a member of the Aerospace Industries Association (AIA) Board of Governors. He is listed in Who's Who in American Business Leaders and the International Who's Who of Professionals. He served as Director of Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. Mr. Stinson is Colonel in the Connecticut State Militia and a member of numerous associations including Conquistadors del Cielo, the Wings Club, the American Defense Preparedness Association, the Air Safety Foundation, the National Aeronautic Association, the Federation Aeronautique Internationale, the Navy League, the Association of the US Army, the Air Force Association, the National Guard Association, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the Aviation Hall of Fame Board of Nominations and National Aviation Exploring Committee. He is the recipient of the U.S. Reserve and National Guard Bureau's Pro Patria Award. Among many other honors, he is a Member of the Conquistadors del Cielo. He received the Pro Patria Award from the US Reserve and National Guard Bureau and the Patrick Henry Citation from The National Guard Association. Mr. Stinson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
