Its a company with a very good culture. Employees and management both are very helpful and friendly. The India center i am part of however doesn't have much role in impacting the PnL which reduces the impact anybody from here can do.

Doing meaningful work which has a measurable impact.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Energetic bunch of people who are full excitement and and positive vibes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no stock options for employees below director and even at that level there is a 5 year vesting period.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The focus that was given on the culture of the company, which was very different from all other interviews i had gone through.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The aptitude of the coworkers are not that great and doesn't push you to bring out your best. A more qualified peer group is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work load is not much, so there is no excess pressure from the management. Work life balance is good and the culture is not very competitive so people are willing to help.
